Symptoms of lymphoma in women are generally the same as for symptoms of lymphoma in men. Lymphoma may begin as an abnormal cell that eventually grows into a tumor and spreads across the lymphatic system.
Common lymphoma symptoms in women include: Fever, sudden weight loss in excess of 10% of normal body, swelling of the nodes in neck, groin and armpits, night sweats, anemia, shortness of breath (Dyspnea), lack of appetite, Pruritus (Itch), Enlargement of the Lymph node (Lymphadenopathy), lack of appetite (Anorexia) and
Fatigue. These and other symptoms may be caused by women Hodgkin lymphoma. The women who have these symptoms should consult a doctor.
- Weight loss for no known reason in excess of 10% of normal body. When rapid weight loss occurs and happens abruptly, then something is wrong. It could be one sign of lymphoma.
